Recording Studio

A Roland MC 303 going round and round

I've been building up this studio for years. Ever since my dad bought me a Cutec 4-track cassette recorder in 1984. It's now set up in the loft of my house. Anyway, it's a good studio for programming and basic live instuments. But there is no live room and no vocal booth. So recording a live band is not an option. So, here's a list of what is now in my studio.

AMD Athlon 1800MHZ 512 meg DDRAM, 2x 120 Gig HDs
DMX 6 Fire Soundcard
Cubase SX and Nuendo
Loads of plug in VST instruments including Steinberg's The Grand, Absynth, Halion and Kontact samplers and Amplitibe guitar amp simulator
Soundforge 5 audio editing sytem (loads more effects)
Acid sample sequencer software from Sonic Foundry

Rebirth 303/808 emulation software
Fruity Loops

JoeMeek VC3 compressor/enhancer
Pioneer A03 DVD/CD Recorder
Oktava 219a vocal condenser mic

I also have my trusty Clarissa semi-acoustic, a beautiful red American (as opposed to Mexican or Japanese) Fender Stratocaster and a Limbic copy bass guitsr. Plus there's a Roland MIDI controller keyboard, sample CDs, various percussion and monitoring via Kef C series speakers.
